The Energy Arts System

Bruce Frantzis has developed a practical, comprehensive system of programs - the Energy Arts System® - enabling people of all ages and fitness levels to increase their life-force energy and attain vibrant health.
For nearly three decades Bruce has taught more than 350 events and Instructor trainings worldwide to more than 16,000 students. He is a pioneer in the field of Chi (Qi) practices, such as Qigong (Chi gung or Chi kung), Tai chi and TAO meditation. Some of his qualified Instructors have founded their own schools.
His books, CDs, DVDs, instruction manuals and free articles offered through his mailing list help introduce Westerners in detail to China’s energy arts and support his commitment to disseminate the practical Taoist tradition as widely as possible without the necessity of those interested becoming involved on a spiritual/religious level.
Practicing tai chi as taught by Bruce Frantzis enables business people to effectively reduce the symptoms of stress, to enhance their performance and gain a winning edge in modern business. The depth of Bruce's knowledge, his command of the Taoist arts and his ability to teach always impresses me.

What Energy Arts Teaches
The Energy Arts system helps Westerners attain energetic fitness by teaching them to harness the self-healing power of their life force energy (chi or qi). Living Taoist chi practices are based on ancient principles of Chinese medicine. Energetic fitness measures how much chi is in the body and whether it is flowing smoothly or is blocked.
Chi Determines Health
According to traditional Chinese medicine, health is defined when all aspects of your chi are in balance - physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. If chi is flowing freely throughout the body, you have good health. If chi becomes blocked, stagnant or imbalanced, negative emotions are unleashed, often followed by illness. Becoming healthy includes two parts: first being free from organic illness or injury, and secondly becoming energetically fit so you can have strong vitality, stamina and a sense of wellbeing, with clear and balanced emotions.
Nei Gung Develops Chi Energy
The heart of every Energy Arts program is learning the components of the nei gung (neijiaquan), the sophisticated Taoist system that was developed in ancient China for cultivating and moving chi (qi or life-force) energy in the body, mind and spirit.Last Updated (Wednesday, 25 August 2010 09:42)
