Brian Cooper has studied qigong, tai chi & related practices for over 30 years. He met Bruce Frantzis in 1987 and has been studying with him ever since. Based in Brighton, Sussex, Brian's school Inside Tai Chi operates regular classes as well as weekend workshops.

Paul Cavel has practised the Taoist internal arts since 1987. He is based in London, where he teaches weekly classes and seminars, and offers private lessons. He also  teaches retreats and seminars throughout Europe on the subjects of qigong, tai chi and bagua walking meditation.
